Tasting Notes
A complexe and exotic nose with apricot, yellow peach and mango aromas. Well-rou nded, balanced and quite long in the mouth, this wine is perfect wi th fish and as appetizer.
Vinification
Ma nuai harvest. Very soft pressing and cold settling. Fermentation in barrels. Maturing in barrel s for 6 months before bottling.
