Tasting Notes
Deep red color. A spicy and fruity nase. Concentrated and mellow in the mouth, this red is well-rounded, full-bodied and l ightly oaked. Large potential of ageing. GOLO MEDAL IN PARIS 2011
Vinification
Mechani cal harvest. Traditional methods. 15-20 day vatting period with frequent pumping-over of the must. Aged for 12 months in vats before bottl ing.
