Tasting Notes
Intense and long-lasting aromas of citrus fruit s alongside minerality are to be fou nd. Well-rounded in the mouth, the balance and freshness dominate. This wine is very easy to appreciate; with fish, seafood or as appetizer.
Vinification
Ma nuai harvest. Very soft pressing and cold settling. Fermentation in vats between 18 and 20 degrees for 20 days. The wine is aged on lees for 6 months.
